Do I need to take any steps before my visit to Face of Jules for a skin care treatment?

Try to avoid any waxing in the facial region for at least a week before your appointment. Please do not use any acids or exfoliants at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment (e.g., Tretioin, Retinol, AHA’s, BHA’s, etc.).

Getting Botox or filler soon?

Botox:

You can have a facial right before Botox and 48 hours after.

Filler:
You can have a facial right before filler wait 2 weeks after.

What is the policy for appointment cancellation or no-show?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a previously scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made without adequate notice will result in a fee (50% of the booked service(s) price total) to cover costs, staff wages and reasonable facility fees.

No-Call/No-Shows for appointments will result in a 100% charge of the originally booked appointment prices.

What forms of payment does Face of Jules accept?

We accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. We also accept payment in cash.

Does Face of Jules allow minors to undergo facials and other treatments at the clinic?

Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult, but can receive services the same as anyone else if there is adult supervision.

Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to any of the products being used in my treatment?

If you know that you suffer any kind of allergy, this should be communicated with the licensed skin care specialist ahead of time so that any kind of negative reaction can be avoided.

*Please keep in mind that our products are pure, plant-based botanicals. If you have an allergy to any specific ingredients or foods, please let us know in advance.

Does Face of Jules take walk-in appointments?

Face of Jules treatments are by appointment only.

Does Face of Jules offer any promos or discounts?

Face of Jules does not offer any promos. However, we do offer a variety of different package options. You can speak with your esthetician about the specific package best suited for you.

Will I still be able to get my complete treatment if I'm late to my appointment?

We will do our absolute best to make an accommodation for you if you’re running behind. However, given the timing of our appointments, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a complete treatment in such instances. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we will cancel and charge the full price for the service.

What is the Face of Jules refund policy?

Due to health and safety concerns, all product and supplement sales are final.
